Gosiakunda, Pravatikuda, Bhairavkunda and Dudhkunda are found along the Tamang Heritage trek. The area is totaly connected to Tibet and the trails in this region were used by traders from Tibet exchanging in Salt and mountain goats for meat (changra) with foodstuffs from the south. The people of this region are mostly Tibetans who came from Kerung in Tibet across the border and settled in Nepal. The cultural and traditions of these people are similar to the Tibetan across the border.

Day 01 - Drive to Syabrubesi via Trishuli (Nuwakot).
Day 02 - Trek to Gatlang. o/n in community lodge.
Day 03 - Trek to Tatopani. o/n in community lodge.
Day 04 - Trek to Thuman. (3,300 m) o/n in community lodge.
Day 05 - Trek to Timure. o/n in lodge .
Day 06 - Trek from Timure to Briddim. o/n in lodge.
Day 07 - Trek from Briddim to Syabrubesi. o/n in lodge .
Day 08 - Drive from Syabrubesi to Kathmandu. o/n in a hotel.
